The Mythos Basic grinder has a “grind on demand” system that brings out all the aroma and flavor out of a coffee bean, and is considered one of the best espresso grinders available. Mythos has up to 3 different programmable doses for single, double and triple shots with manual override. With its long-life titanium/steel alloy grinding discs and powerful 800 watt motor it is precise, fast and reliable. Thanks to the micrometric grinding adjustment, it is ideal for those who want to serve the best espresso possible. In this Basic model, the low motor speed of around 400 RPM keeps the temperature of the coffee grounds low, which protects the aroma and taste. Only available in black and without built-in tamper.
